Yodel not delivering hub in time for new connection of Fibre tomorrow

I am due to be connected to new TalkTalk Fibre 65 tomorrow 14/12/2023, but Yodel have not yet delivered the hub, their tracking says  Still at Depot and Due 16 December.

Advice please!  Will it work with my existing hub (Plusnet)?

Hi Bill,

 

How are you getting on? I think you'll receive the router either today or tomorrow. I can't see anywhere where it says that it's due on the 16th

Hi @BillCrumbleholme I would say (not knowing anything about plus net routers. I suggest you leave the router connected until someone who knows what they are talking about advises you otherwise. Not knowing about your plus net connection makes it difficult to be more certain.
