Is there something going on with TalkTalk at the moment?

I have been having constant Internet drops for the last 24 hours.

 

I went through the My Connection section of the website, which detected issues. Therefore, a case was opened. I was given the option to use Live Chat. However, when clicking on the live chat button, literally nothing happens. I have also tried using TalkTalk's chat bot, which is also inaccessible, and just sits there saying 'loading...'

 

I am stuck here with Internet that keeps dropping out, and have members of the household that will need it to be reliable tomorrow to be able to work from home.

 

In addition to this, TalkTalk were supposed to be getting in contact with me about replacing our old router, as according to them, it is no longer supported. That was in March, and here I am in May, with no contact about this.

 

TalkTalk needs to sort this out, because if others are having similar experiences to me, they're going be losing a lot of customers with this level of customer service on offer.

Hi @Tom17 nothing much going on with Talktalk at the moment other than the weekend.

Have you tried rebooting the router? Do you have a spare router to try ?
