Since being migrated from Shell I cannot login to my account. I cannot reset the password because when I try to login with a previously used username and password it gives me error. "There was a technical error. We're sorry and working hard to resolved this. Please try again later". The options are to "Return to Login" or "Try again". Either way I am stuck unable to login as I get the same error message many days in a row.
I tried to login paswordless by using my mobile number. Again it gave me an error. One possibility was security issues.
I cannot manage my account if I can't login. How can you take my money if I have never logged into my account since account migration from Shell. If I can't login and you make it impossible for me to login then I'm not a customer and you have no right to bill me.

Ps. I just tried calling 0345 172 0088. The auto telephony bot cut me off when I asked to cancel the service but didn't want to find a better deal. It seems like immoral and unethical behavior making it difficult for someone to leave for another provider.

I still cannot login. I tried the online chat feature. The support there couldn't verify me due to a mismatch in the info I gave, from my Shell account (the one that was migrated to TalkTalk) and some data you have on my from 1 or 2 previous accounts I had with TalkTalk and Tiscali. I have no idea about that historical data. All that should be relevant is the data most recently migrated from Shell to TalkTalk in 2025. If I cannot be verified to login with my email username used at Shell, then you cannot verify if I'm the right person you should be billing. The one exception is that you are sending the bill to the right email address, which I find is where the data was correct. The place where you would get paid. It's too strange I cannot login but you do know which email to send the bill.

Hi there Chakeeb. I am very sorry to hear that you are having issues with logging into your MyAccount. Just to confirm are you still experiencing the issue?
