13th Dec High Fibre connected by OpenReach on behalf of Talk Talk. The new router does not work, this was confirmed by engineer on 19th Dec. Another router was
received on Thurs 21st, unfortunately this doesn’t work. I’ve asked and begged Talk Talk for help but from that date I have heard nothing. I’ve asked if it could be the
plug from the WiFi that’s at fault. Please help

Which full fibre package are you on?
