Call waiting not working after full fibre install

Does anyone have a solution to getting the call waiting to function again.  It worked fine until I got full fibre to the property.  It says I have it as part of my contract, but it doesn't seem to work anymore.  Dialing the *#43# just says it "cannot connect your call" .

I have checked the call boost section of my package and call waiting isn't there at all to even select.

Maybe I am doing something wrong?  Maybe the phone I am using isn't compatible with the voip system?

 

Any help is appreciated 🙂

There have been several instances of options that should be available not being displayed in My Account in recent months, @Sean5505.

I'm sorry to hear this. So just to confirm, it doesn't show as an option when you log into your My Account or anywhere in My Account?

 

HOW DO I USE CALL WAITING?

Using your touch tone phone:

  1. Dial * 4 3 # to switch it on.
  2. If you hear the alert and you’d like to switch between calls, just press R or the Redial button.
  3. To check if Call Waiting is active, dial * # 4 3 #
  4. To switch off Call Waiting, dial # 4 3 # at any time.
