Can not connect my Wi-Fi doorbell to my Router with the supplied password

I've been trying to connect my new Wi-Fi doorbell to the app on my phone, which require connecting the doorbell to my Wi-Fi Hub 3. The doorbell recognises the Router, but the supplied password for the router is not recognised so fails to connect even with the doorbell a meter away from the router. My Android phone and Tablet both connect to my router as they are able to scan the QR code, but it would seem that the password and the QR code don't match.

Yes, Wi-Fi doorbell is now connected, not sure if it's an official way to do it, but my workaround is working, thanks.

Hi there @Porcia Just to confirm you have been able to sort the issue and the doorbell is now connected?

Seems like I may have fixed it, or it's at least a workaround. Seems my Phone is connected to the router on the 5Ghz network, whereas the doorbell works on the 2.4 GHz network. Changing the Password for the 2.4 GHz network in the router settings allows the doorbell to at least connect to the router, but getting the app to work that's another headache, but not for here.

It would seem that my router does not like the same password on both the 2.4 and 5 GHz networks.

Oh, and because of the small print, I took a photo on my phone then zoomed in to read it.

Double check you are using the WiFi password and not the admin password. It's a common mistake to make.

Also the password is case sensitive and letter O and number 0 are sometimes hard to differentiate.
