hi, my router has dropped the wi-fi twice in the last month causing problems with my tablet & my wi-fi & poe security cams.

could you please send me a new router, (I DO NOT WANT THE EERO) as i need ethernet inputs for my pc & my cams.

my existing router is FAST 5364 with 4 ethernet ports

hi  Gliwmaeden2 until i worked out what was wrong because it appeared it was only my echo dot which is downstairs it did not register until i checked my tablet, which is upstairs by then it was about 30 mins but it would not come back on until i turned it off waited 30 secs turned back on and it worked.

You won't be sent an eero! But the support team will likely need to do a few diagnostics. Is it just wireless devices that are dropping out, or are you losing connection to the internet generally?

It's not that unusual to get occasional wifi drops in the course of a month, @chiller1.

 

How long were they for each time?

 

Staff will run tests during the day  - router replacements are not sent out (without charge) unless testing finds a fault.

 

You'll need to be at home to pick up on messages posted back here during the testing process as they'll want you to monitor lights on the router etc.

 

Staff reply during the day, 7am till c 5pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays etc).
