Well done TalkTalk, my contract is up and you send me options at a  "great price"

having been a customer for years I would expect some loyalty, stupid I know, if I was a new customer I could get the same product that I'm looking at cheaper + a £50 voucher + £79 cashback..............

We always offer advice here not to accept an offer within My Account or via an email.

 

The best deals are held by the retentions / loyalty / better value team and are best negotiated on the phone.

 

That way you can remove the addons like TV that seem to appear and get a good price for what you actually want.
