Hi. I have been without Internet access since Monday now. The router has a solid white light but no connection at all.
There is an announcement on the website saying there is an update that the fault should be sorted by this morning - Updated last night at first and now this morning, also. However, it is now almost 2PM on the third day of no internet. I cannot get through to speak to anyone.
I was wondering, does anyone have an accurate time for this to be completed? I WFH and have a child at home who is expected to complete home learning tasks, while currently unable to attend school, but is not able to do so.
