Can anyone provide i phone number to contact regarding a Full Fibre Broadband issue (Freedom Fibre are the provider). The internet went down yeterday afternoon and has not come back up. I dont kniw whether its a line fault or if its a router issue. Last time this happened i needed a new router 😞

The TalkTalk support staff on this forum do not currently have access to the Full Fibre systems. Therefore, you will need to contact the Full Fibre Helpdesk on: 0345 172 0074.

Their opening hours are Monday-Friday 08:00 to 19:00, Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, Sunday: Closed.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
