Fibre cables damaged in recent storm. Openreach told me to contact TalkTalk to order new connection from openreach. Fault diagnosed on my account but cannot get to speak to anyone. Just going round in circles.

I'm sorry for the delay. Did you manage to get through to our Team or do you do you still need assistance with this? What specifically has happened to the cables please?
