Digital Voice (VOIP) landline fault - still NOT OK

Service status dashboard (and Keith French) report this fault has been fixed but it's not fixed for me in Pembrokeshire - I've tried re-booting several times but no joy! How do I report this?

 

 

Just re-booted for about the 6th time and now VOIP is working again (8pm) - but the fault that I originally noticed was that there's no indication (either audible or visible) of when there's voicemail messages.  I'll have to look on here to see if that's already been mentioned.

Phone calls are working now but I've started a new thread on the lack of voicemail indication.  Thanks.

Try rebooting your router as advised on the service page.

There was an update at 14:45 on the service dashboard (see below) saying "For some customers it is now resolved" and as you can see from the post below by Feliscatus for some it is, looks like its going to be a case of keep checking and eventually it'll be sorted.

We believe the issue impacting digital voice services for some customers is now resolved.
We’re extremely sorry if you experienced issues with your service. If you have been impacted by this issue we advise you to complete a reboot of your router.

Hi - I believe this is the fault reported on the Service Status Dashboard since Saturday - I have full fibre - internet is working fine, but VOIP service is not working - can dial out and others can dial in but then no communication possible - no voice being sent or received.
