Hi,
I was told by an advisor on Live Chat that I was being sent another Eero Pro 6 router (as I was meant to receive two at the time as part of my package).
Nothing arrived so I contacted them again and was told the order failed so they put it through again and assured me it would be sent this time.
I still have not received any update email from Yodel or TalkTalk.
Is someone able to check my account against this and see if its failed again or is indeed on its way?
