I have seen a lot of people with same problem that the eero app has the WAN IP Address error . I was wondering if I could get some help from the future fibre team as I am having no luck on the phones.

I'm sorry to hear this. Are all the lights on the ONT? Have you tried powering down the ONT and eero for 30 minutes and tried setting this up in the app again?
