Hi all. We have recently gone over to full fibre 150 and the eero router and a new tv box. It is all up and running fine with no issues. In the other room we still have a huawei youview box connected to our other tv. I cannot get this to connect to the eero router. Any ideas please.

If it is the DN372T that only has an Ethernet & no Wi-Fi. How are you connecting this to WiFi?

Did you set the eero to the same network name & password as your old router?

What is the problem, is that you do not have enough Ethernet ports on the eero? If so you need a gigabit Ethernet switch. This is an example, not a recommendation:-

If that is not the issue, please can you explain it in more detail.
