Hi there is a member of the support team that can help me out please.
So far just under 20 hours of online chat and about 16 hrs on the phone and no resolution.
Transfer from TalkTalk Gfast system to FTTP.
I was promised my phone number would be transfered over to voip, but it has not. No one is capable of resolving this. I am paying for the FTTP service that was installed on the 8th of this month and I am paying for the Gfast.
Yes I now have two accounts.
No one will take ownership of this.
I would put my new account number into my profile to help but can't see where would be a good place.
