Hi,
I've started new contract Fibre 150 and voice package for 18 months as my contract expired on 10.05.23.
On 30 th May 23 Openreach engineer installed gray splitter box outside the house and GPON ONT unit in the house and connected Fibre cable etc. He said Openreach would contact me to connect the Fiber cable from street to splitter box (under block paved drive) within days.
Unfortunately no call or contact from either company.
What should I do please?
