Engineer set it all up last Friday,new WiFi hub 3 connected,download speed below guaranteed minimum of 120mbps.I was getting 95!Spent 2 hours on phone with tech dept.but nothing sorted,so tech.support asked if I would like a Brightspark engineer to visit me and check system,he came today and checked everything and to no avail,then as he was leaving he said I'll check the ethernet cable fitted by openreach from their white ont.box to my router,it's about 1 metre long.It was changed and low and behold all ok.now--download speed now 152 Mbps !Looks as though wrong spec.cable or faulty one fitted I will be really annoyed if talk talk attempt to charge me,it's no fault down to me!

Fault was sorted yesterday,by engineers visit--either faulty ethernet cable or wrong spec.
