Hi, Sorry if this has been asked before, I can't find an exact search result.

 

I'm currently a TalkTalk customer and I'm upgrading to "Full Fibre 500" (Openreach), engineer booked to come and do the install in a couple of weeks.

 

My question is, can I continue to use the old TalkTalk router I've got up and running? Is it just a simple case of plug it into the ONT and wait? Thanks.

Yes to all of that, providing that you are not going to have Digital Voice.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
