Full Fibre Internet not connecting.

My Internet just doesn't seem to be connecting no matter how many times I reset it. I've tried removing power to both the Router and the ONT box however the router is remaining amber whilst the ONT box has a solid red light on the service icon.

You say that you have reset the ONT, but have you turned it off for a full 30 mins. Then when it comes back up again, try an Ethernet connected device (if you have one) directly connected to the ONT in place of the router. What happens then?
