I have had full fibre broadband installed recently. I have connected the phone link from the Open Reach box to the back of the router as advised. I have received some calls on my landline but have been told by some callers that my landline is unavailable and they cannot call me.
How can I fix this?

You could try turning your ONT box and router off for 30 minutes to see if things improve.
