Can I ask if I'm on full fibre?
I opted-in to go full fibre 4 weeks ago as they advised my copper landline will incur an increase in price and so going full fibre with digital voice VOIP would be the best option for me as there would be no extra cost to me to migrate .
My copper landline is not working now and so I have tried to attach my phone to the eero router assuming migration has happened but it doesn't appear to be working. Can someone look into this or tell me when I'm likely to get this activated? Thanks

I've always been data only but with the discontinuing of the copper wire landline they have offered all customers to change free of charge to Full fibre with VOIP in an email I received 4 weeks ago. I opted into this, as will have many other folk have probably done so, but no communication has come back with regards to when this change will happen. My landline has went down meantime and I'm just wondering if this could be because of this change or is it just a fault that has occured out the blue. I've reported it anyway, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

@Garytalk, did you specify VOIP when you ordered the full fibre?
The online orders tend to be data only.

I have full fibre installed and that's all working fine.
My landline phone runs on a separate box using the old copper line. I've not had any voice adaptor posted to me yet or any communication when I'm likely to be switched over to VOIP. (I opted in this switchover about 3 weeks ago through an email they sent me, but nothing has come back with regards to a date switching it over)
The problem is that my landline isn't working, can't make or receive calls. I've just assumed that this fault on landline is because I'm meant to be changing over to VOIP, or is this just a coincidence and it has nothing to do with migratingion to VOIP?
Possibly just a fault because I would of expected some kind of communication when this migration would be happening, along with instructions and sending out an adaptor.
