Can I ask if I'm on full fibre?
I opted-in to go full fibre 4 weeks ago as they advised my copper landline will incur an increase in price and so going full fibre with digital voice VOIP would be the best option for me as there would be no extra cost to me to migrate .
My copper landline is not working now and so I have tried to attach my phone to the eero router assuming migration has happened but it doesn't appear to be working. Can someone look into this or tell me when I'm likely to get this activated? Thanks
