We have been cabled out by City Fibre, and I can order Full Fibre if I were a new customer, but I am unable to upgrade from my current Fibre 65 and retain my e-mail accounts (tiscali). Surely the email platform is independent from the fibre provider ?
I did raise a case to update the service status for fibre, but am still unable to upgrade, I even went Fibre 65 as an interim, so may be stuck in that contract until 2027. I do have a landline - but that is not a requirement going forward.

Hi there @Isendel thank you for the update. Regarding the email you should be able to continue using the Email services until we send you communication with a link, to subscribe to Everymail.

Thanks, I called today - unfortunately because this is a move from Openreach to City Fibre provision, this need a to be a new order…. So we will need to do something with our existing email addresses, as they won’t be able to be moved over, this is possibly why it is not being offered as an upgrade to the existing service.
