I have been sent a letter informing me that I could save by switching to matching Fibre 35 plan. At the moment I am paying for home weekly telephone access, plus cost of overseas calls. Will the add-ons be the same on the new package?

Check the expiry date of your current add ons, @LJB43., if you are on a special deal for them.
You are best calling 03451 720088 to speak to the Loyalty / Retentions / Better Value team or use Chat to follow up as they give better deals, generally, than anything offered elsewhere.
Forum staff cannot fix up a deal for you.

Hi there @LJB43That is correct, if you want to remain with the add-ons you currently have that's okay the only thing that'll change is your package. Unless there are other add-ons you would like to add/remove then you can ask the advisor that'll be assisting you to remove them for you.
