Please help..full fibre installation cancelled twice...talktalk say they have sorted it with open reach regarding telecare devices...but open reach have still cancelled twice....threatened talktalk with legal action with complaints department and was disconnected on my phone...?.so now have no resolution to get connected to full fibre.....please help
