IKEV2 VPN not working

My work provides an IKEV2 VPN for access. This works for me anywhere apart from at home using my TalkTalk connection. 

I have spoken to the IT people and there is no fault at the office and the VPN is working for everyone else.

I have searched this forum and have found similar posts to mine that seem to indicate that a firmware update for the router resolves the problem. Can this be done for me please.

Hi @Miranda16 

 

If you have the Sagemcom WiFi Hub 1 or 2, I have done extensive VPN testing on all firmware versions, including the current V208. I have found no issues at all. However, I cannot test yours as there does not seem to be any free IKEv2/IPSec VPN server addresses.
