I've just upgraded to full fibre and would like to return my old Wi-Fi hub, which still works. More importantly, TalkTalk inadvertently sent me a second FAST5464 router (in a carboard box) that I don't need and as it is brand new could be sent to someone else. Please advise: is there a freepost return address I can use? Alternatively, please supply two return labels.
Thanks.

I don't need to open the box and was reluctant to do so as keeping it intact makes it clear it is in mint condition. The duplicate router that I am now using came in an identical box and didn't have a bag/label inside, which is why I'm confident the unwanted one won't either.

The bag would be tucked inside the box, plus a prepaid label, if it's there, so you would need to open the box, @MikeDT.

No, the extra router came in a cardboard box, not a bag. It didn't have an included returns bag. If one bag can take both the devices, then that would be fine. No hurry.

Have you checked that a returns bag wasn't included with the unnecessary router? If not, the support team can easily arrange one when they are back online from Monday. The usual bag can easily accommodate two devices.
