Internet Connection Constant Dropping - New Router Needed

Hi,

 

Recently I've been experiencing connection drop outs pretty much all of the time with my current Router, this is with Wi-Fi and Wired Connections.

 

I would like a new router to be sent out to me please.

Thank you. I've ordered the replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with the replacement router.
