My Internet connection has failed once again. Upon waking this morning I discovered my ONT had 2 green lights and my router eero had a solid red light. This keeps happening. Can anyone help?

Are all the cables connected securely on the ONT and the eero?

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number
