Loss of internet - Freedom Fibre CW8

Has anyone else in the CW8 area lost internet tonight. My ONT box has 10G-PON flashing constantly and the every so ofter the LOS led flashes red briefly and the cycle continues.

I’ve just got off the phone with them. Hopefully an engineer visit will be able to sort it.

No joy. The connection sometimes connects, but it’s as flaky as a Mary Berry sausage roll. 

 

Hopefully it’ll get resolved tomorrow.

Have you tried switching it off for 30 minutes and then back on again to allow a full reset of the circuit? Subject to to that, the support team will pick this up tomorrow and advise further.
