Has anyone else in the CW8 area lost internet tonight. My ONT box has 10G-PON flashing constantly and the every so ofter the LOS led flashes red briefly and the cycle continues.

No joy. The connection sometimes connects, but it’s as flaky as a Mary Berry sausage roll.

Have you tried switching it off for 30 minutes and then back on again to allow a full reset of the circuit? Subject to to that, the support team will pick this up tomorrow and advise further.
