Lost broadband

After a power cut, no broadband, orange flashing light, nothing else. Tried the basic diagnostic checks: on/off etc Fault report opened yesterday, no further updates. Any suggestions?

Hi @Keith150 why do these power cuts always happen going into the weekend?

Have things improved overnight?
