Urgent please. Lost connection@ 2358. All lights on on incoming box. Router red light. Tried the eeros and same. No connection when computer plugged straight into incoming box.
I internet fault. Lost phones obviously and I am carer for my 93 year old mum who is at risk/vulnerable.
Not my equipment.

Morning all.
After multiple changes of routers, cables etc, it finally came back to life @0125.
So all is well again now. Maybe a software update or something was happening at the exchange? No matter, all working well again now after that 'episode' 😂

See if switching off the ONT for 30 minutes helps the situation, @MerlinBengal.
