No Internet - Can't get through to support

I've had no internet all day, originally they said wouldn't help because I'm using my own router. I've now got the TalkTalk router plugged in and still not internet. It's got a solid orange light which I've read is a fault with a line.

 

Is there anything that can be done to escalte this?

Sadly not here I'm afraid. The phonelines will be closed now, but Live chat is available until 9:00pm.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
