If I change from 65 fibre to 150 full fibre, will I be transferred to Utilities Warehouse?
Also, will I loose access to my @Tiscali emails if it does so?

Yes, I was offered a better deal on fibre 65, but decided to have full fibre, as it actually worked out cheaper

No, I have not been notified.
My 65 fibre contract has expired, so was looking at 150 full fibre, as the monthly cost is cheaper than 65 fibre

Have you been notified that you are being switched to Utilities Warehouse? If it is because you are currently on a G.fast service then I do not believe it is possible. And in any case it may be too late.
