Tracked order. All booked for 3rd Nov, equipment due today (2nd) but not delivered.
had a phone call yesterday advising was it still ok for engineer to call Monday 6th. Advised caller it was always 3rd…..appeared not to know anything about that….. current provider aware appointment was for 3rd….will they cut me off? Meaning I won’t have broadband over the weekend?

Some times the router is delivered the day before or the installers often bring it with them if it is a full fibre upgrade.
