Full Fibre Install

Hi. I have a full fibre install a week tomorrow 26th March. A couple of questions, which i would sooner get straight from the horses mouth, so to speak.
Will both the Router and the VOIP equipment be sent to me, before the installation.
Secondly. I do have a lot of equipment, once the Fibre is installed, am i able to change the username
and password of the new router, to match my existing one, so that i do not have to set it all up again?

I've checked again, the equipment hasn't been sent yet, I'll check again on Monday

I answered a similar thread a couple of days ago -
Hi, mine arrive the morning of the install, don't panic if its not there the day before you don't need the router for the full fibre to be fully installed and if your current router has the red WAN port you can use that so you will not be left with no internet.

I've checked and the equipment hasn't been sent yet but I wouldn't expect to have been to be honest. I'll check again tomorrow but it probably won't be dispatched until Monday

@tsmiggy coincidentally another customer has asked the same question and their router was despatched yesterday, delivery tomorrow (Thursday) for an install on Friday, so they are leaving dispatches until the last minute it seems.
I doubt there will be an update available until Friday or Monday.

Yes he did, the install is for the 26th March. It was rearranged a while ago now, and i know it is still a week away, but i have had no information, other than confirmation of the install date.
It is for both Broadband and VOIP, i am not sure when i am supposed to receive the equipment. Is this something you can check for me.

Yes equipment should arrive before Installation. Sometimes delivery is tight to the date, so if you are getting concerned that it's not arrived in the next few days post ack and staff can advise further. For info mine arrived within the final week.
And yes you can change the user name and password to match your existing setup.
