I have full fibre 900 (and it works great!)
I have downloaded the talktalk plus app on my mobile but when I login it says I am not a talktalk plus customer
Any help?

If you have tried to sign into the Plus app and it tells you that you don't have one, then that's it really. The difference is that you access your details via My Account online and use the usual help channels if required.

TalkTalk plus is a separate contract from the normal 900 offering.
Everything is handled via the app including help function and account functions, as I understand it.
Did you sign up for Plus, or do you sign into My Account?

If it says you are not a Plus customer, then it probably means you signed up the traditional way.

Hi sorry, whilst I don't have fibre I was able to download the app and login via verification, and then got the story you don't have a fibre plus account message, were you able to get that far?
I don't know the solution for you, just trying to save a little time when the TT staff get to you.
