Talk talk arranged for an engineer from City Fibre to upgrade to full fibre .They came about 6 weeks ago and said  they did not have correct  equipment to do the job .Nothing heard for 4 weeks so I contacted TalkTalk who arranged another date Wednesday 12th March.Harry from City Fibre turned up and after inspeacton advised the wrong telegraph pole had  been allocated Because my property is a Bungalow not enough height if he uses pole down road .If a lorry went past it would take out the whole line .Need to use pole opposite property and to run cable around back of bungalow to Kitchen where current Router is and also main phone connection.

I spoke to Talk talk on 15th March and relayed all this information to them and a new date has been fixed for 8 am on Thursday 20th March .

I am not convinced that the two parties know what needs doing and if City Fibre  turn up and say they cannot do the job I will make a formal complaint.

Please confirm back before Thursday that this work will be carried out.

Thank you
