Request for return bag for my old router

I've requested return bags twice for my old router having upgraded to Full Fibre recently. I requested them via live chat on 13 February and 1 April, and have waited the 2-3 business days, but no sign of any return bag! I thought I would approach the Community as an alternate way of getting this done!
