No "welcome pack" email 3 days after service has gone live

Hi. After quite the hassle hearing anything about my order, I came here and someone really helpful got my order going.

 

I have since had CityFibre out, my ONT installed, and my service go live (on Friday 3rd November). A few hours AFTER it went live, I finally got my "order confirmation" email (two weeks after ordering).

 

I've still not received any actual details around how to log in to my online account, when my billing dates are, nothing.

 

When can I expect to get these? Surely it should have been before the service went live.
