No internet. Modem PON light solid green

My eero router showed a red light and all my devices lost internet connection. Directly connecting the LAN cable to my modem gives no connection but the PON light is solid green. 

assume this will be an engineer visit?

@DHA_UK, the automated response on the phone gives you the option to receive a text, which then opens in Chat when you click on it (as in my previous post), or just use the link you were given by staff which should show a Chat Now button.

You need to allow pop ups and disable ad blockers for this to work.

 

Check opening hours too, listed in post 2. Let us know how you get on.
