I have no internet for over 24 hours. I have been on TalkTalk live chat for 2 hours yesterday checking the complete set up, checking the external line and internal line, I have changed micro filters, plugged into the test socket, turned the router off for 30 minutes tried to reset the router and nothing has worked
I’m now having to wait for an open reach engineer but reading other topics, I believe the router is faulty but talk talk will not send a new one anyone else much joy?

Thanks for the reminder although it will depend when the router arrives I suppose it it arrives after noon in two days time (Wednesday) it would be too late

@shaunduro123, remember to cancel the engineer visit if it is no longer going to be necessary, after testing the router.
You need to cancel by noon the day before the appointment.
