There is nothing showing on the service status dashboard as an incident.

Have you tried rebooting the router?
Are there lights on on your ONT box? Have you tried rebooting this too?
Did you switch both off for 30 minutes? If not try that.
Unfortunately staff here do not have access to the Full Fibre systems, so if the above does not work, you will need to phone for support.
