Just to say the omnishambles that is Talk talk & city fibre continues.
 
Still awaiting for Full Fibre upgrade.
 
7 days since city fibre left me with no telephone land line (or Internet or wifi)
 
only a promise that it would sorted in 48 hours !
 
7 days & thus far not a single thing has been done to restore it.
 
 
Fortunately after city fibre left me bereft of any Internet connection
 
I decided to remove my router connected to the new box  & plug it back into my old BT socket.
 
Luckily for me it worked & I am back online.
 
 
Have been in touch with the C.E.O.'s office
 
The net result of which is yet another 48 hour appointment promise.
 
I have no faith whatsoever that this appointment "will" be kept
 
Both talk talk & city fibre continue to give me  the runaround
 
 
What can I say TOTAL SHAMBLES  !

The omnishambles that is Talk talk in partnership with City fibre continues,

 

For the record : It has now been 17 days since my full fibre upgrade appointment with city fibre

 

As of now I remain without full fibre

 

Have raised various complaints including, one with the C.E..O. office.

 

It turns out that they are every bit of incompetent as all the other components at Talk talk !

 

I have been given through this contact 5 separate deadlines for City fibre to complete my installation of full fibre.

 

All have come & gone !

 

They not only continue to waste a great deal of my time with their outright lies but fail to even comprehend the fundamental problem

 

Not only am I still awaiting full fibre connection but that my property was fitted with the incorrect internal box !

 

This company is an absolute SHAMBLES !

 

From the very top down to the very bottom .

 

I wish I had never answered the unremitting barrage of emails form talk talk encouraging me to upgrade to fill fibre

 

. This is a nightmare without end.

 

What a god awful company this is !

I'm really sorry to hear this. Once a complaint is with our CEO Team then they will take ownership of your complaint/fault until resolution. Have the CEO Team made contact with you already?
