The wonderful C.E.O. office  !!!
 
 
They they contacted me,several times in order to lie,lie & lie again !
 

"5"  yes that is right "5 " deadlines have come & gone through C.E.O. office

They do NOT comprehends the problem let alone the solution.

 

The person " allegedly" dealing with my complaint does not seem to understand 
 
what a proper full fibre upgrade entails ..
 
 
Today requested that the complaint be escalated,
 
 
They gave it back to Mr. Incompetence !
 
 
They are being taken for an almighty ride by City fibre.
 
 
Far too dim to realize  !
 
 
I am being taken for an almighty ride by both Talk Talk & City fibre !!
 
 
Next Wed the complaint is off to OFCOM
 
 
I think 22 days is long enough to connect 1 property to full fibre !
 
 
17 days & counting No full fibre (no telephone for 13 of those days )
 
 
Funny that, all talk talk propaganda issued informed me that it would all be finished within  a  2  hours slot !
 
NO mention of 3 weeks  !!!
