Hi,
I recently received a threatening email from TalkTalk to pay up "To avoid any further debt recovery and impact on your credit rating". Not only was I never told about this bill, as I have previously paid my final bill and closed this account, but I also cannot view my bills in TalkTalk's website. The page for viewing my bill loads forever and never actually works.
I have also tried this on a freshly installed Chrome browser to the same failure. On calling support they just hung up on me after I said the website wasn't working which was nice.
I would like to be emailed a copy of all bills under my account to the email associated with my account please.
I have my suspicions that what has happened is that TalkTalk didn't bother sending me the box to return the router and are now charging me for it fraudulently. If this request cannot be completed here can I please have the GDPR email for TalkTalk UK such that I can request it that way instead.
In my bank I can see my last 3 payments: £30 end of Nov, then the final payment of £41.15 end of Dec, with my services terminated at the start of January. Why have I now been given another £46 bill in mid-Feb, and why has it also left 2 pending transactions for the same amount.
If you cannot help me in this then can I have the customer service email address which I can use. I do not wish to be messed around on a phone call again. Please note if this is not handled
I will be forced to move to ofcom for remediation.

Hi dsfbfdbgrfhn
Has this been resolved?
There is a credit on the account which you can request a refund for in My Account.

Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
Please look out for their response on here.
They will be able to look into the details of the account.
For the return of the router, check that there was never a returns bag with a label in the box it once came in.
It's not a box that's going to be sent for your returns, just a strong plastic bag, with a prepaid label, easy to overlook.
