Hello. I've just received my latest bill for last month and it's double what I expected. The reason seems to be that I'm paying for Fibre 150, and then also paying for Fibre 150 data which is something I don't think I've ever requested. Could someone clarify please? It's very difficult to speak to someone directly and this website just takes you round in endless circles. Thanks.

I have escalated this as there is 2 packages running causing the double billing.
