I have received my bill today and have a charge for an engineer call out. My issue was resolved in the end by Openreach identifying it was a faulty talk talk router, and it was not my request to have a talk talk engineer visit my property. I was assured at the time I would not be charged as it was not my issue. Can this please be removed from my bill?
